Scrollless support for iPhone and Android
Try this before anything else. Restart your device.
Most Scrollless issues clear up after a restart. It resolves temporary conflicts and gives the app a clean start. This works the same on iPhone and Android. If the problem comes back, use the section for your phone below.
On Android, Scrollless needs a few permissions to watch your apps and lock them on time. If it stops working, one of these usually got switched off. Open Scrollless and check each one:
If any of these are off, turn them back on and the app will work again.
These phones close background apps hard, so they need a few extra settings.
Xiaomi and HyperOS setup guide →On iPhone, Scrollless works through Apple Screen Time. It asks for one permission when you first set it up. If the app is not blocking anything, that permission is almost always the cause.
Sometimes the break screen stays up even after the break is over. This happens when your phone goes to sleep partway through, so the app does not notice the break has finished.
Wake the phone and open Scrollless, or restart it, and the break screen will clear.
